Strategy & Assessment
The final section ties everything together with strategic decision-making. You'll learn when to choose Claude Code versus Cowork, how to turn skills into business value, and how the cross-vendor landscape shapes your tool choices. The chapter quiz validates your understanding across all five sections.
Lessons 39-43 transition from tool proficiency to strategic thinking about general agents in your work.
Throughout this section, comparisons between "Code" (terminal-first agent) and "Cowork" (Desktop visual workspace) treat Claude Code as the general agent and OpenCode as the open-source coding agent on the terminal side. Both share the same install-and-/init shape and the same primitives (AGENTS.md, skills, MCP, hooks), so the strategy questions (when to choose terminal vs visual workspace, how skills become business value, how to navigate the cross-vendor landscape) generalize across either tool: only the breadth of work you'd reach for them differs.
