Consider the difference concretely. You ask a chatbot: "What is on my calendar tomorrow?" It cannot answer -- it has no access to your calendar. This is where many introductions would stop -- viral growth, exciting technology, join the revolution. But you deserve the complete picture, because understanding both the promise and the risks is what separates informed practitioners from hype-followers.

The Bus Factor

Peter Steinberger's personal commitment drove OpenClaw's explosive growth. He shipped code daily, responded to issues personally, and shaped the project's direction.
