AI Workers
This section operationalizes The Agent Factory Thesis. The Thesis defines the architecture of an AI-native company. These catalogs make it concrete.
If you haven't read the Thesis yet, start there. The catalogs assume that frame.
The catalogs
Each catalog answers one question that a founder or operator inside an AI-native company has to answer.
| Catalog | The question | Read it when |
|---|---|---|
| Worker Catalog | What AI Workers exist across business verticals: what they do, read, write, and who supervises them. | You're deciding what to build, or evaluating which Workers to deploy in a function (finance, GTM, legal, eng, HR). |
| Sales Catalog | How an AI-native company actually closes deals: motions from buyer-led through partner-led. | You're a founder or revenue leader designing the GTM motion. |
| Finance Catalog | How to price, forecast, and model unit economics when costs scale with usage. | You're the founder or finance lead figuring out pricing, gross margin, runway. |
| Marketing Catalog | How to build demand for AI-native products: awareness, positioning, pipeline. | You're building the demand engine, alone or with a small team. |
How they fit together
The Worker Catalog is the product side: what an AI-native company manufactures and what its customers deploy. Sales, Marketing, and Finance are the company side: how the founders behind that company sell, price, and market what they built. All four trace back to the Thesis.
You can read any catalog standalone. Cross-references between them are intentional but skippable on first read. More verticals and per-Worker detail pages will land here over time; the four documents above are the canonical entry points.
